Free Online What Is My IP
Get your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses instantly with an automatic geolocation lookup as soon as you land on this page. Your dashboard displays IP details including city, country, ISP, timezone, and coordinates. This workspace brings together six essential tools: automatic IP detection, deep IP analysis, browser connection stats, simulated request headers, manual IP lookup, and a bulk checker with file upload support. All external requests route through ipapi.co and api.ipify.org to ensure privacy and accuracy.
My IP
Instantly detects your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with one-click copy, refresh, and full geolocation data.
IP Details
Shows complete geolocation grid including city, region, country, ISP, ASN, timezone, currency, calling code, and population.
Connection Info
Reads your browser locally to display screen size, pixel ratio, online status, language, CPU cores, and touch support.
IP Headers
Displays simulated HTTP request headers showing what a server or CDN sees when you connect, including geo headers.
IP Lookup
Query any IPv4 or IPv6 address manually or upload a file to see full geolocation and network details.
Bulk Check
Process up to 50 IPs from a pasted list or uploaded file with results in a downloadable table.
Online What Is My IP with Geolocation and IPv6 Detection
Finding your public IP is often the first step when you need to troubleshoot network problems, set up a firewall, or check if your VPN is actually working. Our tool automates this check by querying api.ipify.org for IPv4 and api64.ipify.org for IPv6 in the background. After detecting your address, it pulls detailed geolocation data from ipapi.co, bringing you city, ISP, ASN, and coordinate info in about a second.
IPv4 and IPv6 Side by Side
The system checks for both IPv4 and IPv6 in parallel. You will see both addresses in the interface if your network supports dual-stack connectivity. If your IPv6 is different from your IPv4, it appears right below the status bar, while the field remains hidden if your ISP only supports IPv4.
One-Click Copy and Refresh
You can copy your IP to your clipboard with one click or use the Refresh button to re-check your connection after toggling a VPN or switching Wi-Fi networks. Each refresh triggers a fresh detection of both IPv4 and IPv6 along with an updated geolocation lookup.
Connection Info, Headers, IP Lookup, and Bulk Check
This workspace offers four extra tools for deeper network analysis beyond just your own IP. The Connection Info tool scans your browser properties locally to show your screen resolution, CPU cores, and user agent string without sending data to any server. You can also view simulated IP Headers to see what a server or CDN receives, formatted like standard X-Real-IP or X-Geo-City proxy headers.
Look Up Any IP Address
Use the IP Lookup tab to query any publicly routable IPv4 or IPv6 address. Just type an address and hit Enter to view its full geolocation results. Alternatively, you can drag and drop a file into the upload zone; our tool automatically extracts the first valid IP and runs the query for you.
Bulk Check Up to 50 IPs
The Bulk Check tab lets you process multiple addresses at once by pasting a list or uploading a .txt or .csv file. You can watch as the tool populates a real-time results table, handling valid IPs while marking any errors. When you're finished, download the full set of results as a TSV file for easy use in Excel or Google Sheets.
How What Is My IP Finds Your Results
All detections and lookups here operate with complete transparency. We use api.ipify.org and api64.ipify.org to echo back your originating IP, and ipapi.co to pull geolocation details from registry records and commercial databases. Your Connection Info is pulled directly from local browser APIs and is never shared externally. Finally, the simulated headers merge your IP, geo data, and browser specs to mirror what a CDN like Cloudflare or AWS CloudFront would see.
Accuracy and Limitations
Remember that IP geolocation provides estimates rather than exact physical locations. Accuracy at the city level depends on how the Regional Internet Registry has the IP block recorded. If you are using a VPN, you will see the server's location, while mobile or corporate users might see a central data center far from their actual device. Coordinates usually point to the center of a resolved area, and databases might occasionally lag behind recent IP reassignments.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your privacy is protected as no session data is stored on our servers. Any lookup history stays strictly within your current browser tab and disappears once you close the page or hit Clear. The external APIs we use only receive the IP being queried, and the tool operates without using cookies, tracking pixels, or background analytics.
